Colour Mill Dusk

Colour Mill Dusk is a muted, dusky mauve-pink. This oil-based food colouring is highly concentrated, so a few drops give strong, even colour in buttercream, chocolate and fondant without changing the texture.

It suits romantic wedding cakes, vintage florals and soft, moody designs.

Tip: Pair with Sage or Blue Bell for a muted, modern palette.

How to use

• Shake well before use.
• Start with a few drops and mix well. Add more to build the colour.
• Works in buttercream, chocolate, cocoa butter, ganache, fondant and cake batter.
• Colours deepen as they rest, so let it sit for an hour or more before adding more.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
