Refund policy

We don't offer refunds, and we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days on +94 77 730 3965 with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange the return, cover the return delivery cost, and send a replacement once we receive the item. Items sent for exchange must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, unless the item itself arrived damaged.
