Colour Mill Baby Pink

Colour Mill Baby Pink is a soft pastel baby pink. This oil-based food colouring is highly concentrated, so a few drops give strong, even colour in buttercream, chocolate and fondant without changing the texture.

Ideal for baby showers, christenings, first birthdays and girls' party cakes.

Tip: Use just a drop or two in white buttercream for the softest pastel.

How to use

• Shake well before use.
• Start with a few drops and mix well. Add more to build the colour.
• Works in buttercream, chocolate, cocoa butter, ganache, fondant and cake batter.
• Colours deepen as they rest, so let it sit for an hour or more before adding more.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
