Colour Mill Forest

Colour Mill Forest is a deep, natural forest green. This oil-based food colouring is highly concentrated, so a few drops give strong, even colour in buttercream, chocolate and fondant without changing the texture.

Perfect for Christmas trees, woodland cakes and realistic leaves.

Tip: Blend with Olive for natural-looking foliage.

How to use

• Shake well before use.
• Start with a few drops and mix well. Add more to build the colour.
• Works in buttercream, chocolate, cocoa butter, ganache, fondant and cake batter.
• Colours deepen as they rest, so let it sit for an hour or more before adding more.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
